Seven consecutive qualifying mornings puts a fire on your tile: Committee {N}Days. Miss a morning after the session window ends, and the badge is gone until you earn seven days again.

That is the live status. Networking is separate.

The first time you reach Committee, you keep access to a private directory of people who also reached it — current or former — if they asked to be approachable. Approachable is off until you turn it on. You can turn it off again. The directory is not a public member list and it is not a dating product. It is a way for people who kept the same odd hour to find each other on purpose.
