Privacy policy

We collect the email and profile photo your Google account provides, the profile fields you choose to fill, and attendance records from the live room (join and leave times). Nickname is required. Gender, age range, social links, employer, and goals are optional.

If you turn on “approachable to Committee,” current and former Committee members who also unlocked networking can see the profile fields you saved. Turning it off hides you from that list immediately.

We use Railway (hosting and database), LiveKit Cloud (video), Resend (the welcome email), and Google (sign-in). We do not sell personal data. We do not record the room in this version.
