Straight answers
When is it?
Every day. The room opens at 5:00, starts at 5:30, entry closes at 5:45, and ends at 8:15, Hong Kong time (HKT, UTC+8).
Is it free?
Yes. 5am Network is free for life.
What do I do during the morning?
Work on what matters to you. A business, a skill, writing, study, training. Short shares at the checkpoints. Long stretches of quiet focus in between.
Do I need to stay the entire session?
No. Stay as long as the morning is useful. Thirty minutes connected counts as one qualifying day. Leave whenever you need to.
Do I need camera or microphone?
Camera is encouraged so the room feels inhabited. It is optional. Microphone stays off unless you are sharing. You can use text chat instead.
Can I join after 5:30 AM?
First entry closes at 05:45 Hong Kong time. If you already joined that morning, you can reconnect after a drop. If you missed first entry, tomorrow is another morning.
How do attendance and streaks work?
We count connected time in the morning room. Overlapping reconnects are not double-counted. Credit stops at 08:00. Thirty minutes qualifies the day. A streak is consecutive qualifying mornings, not a ranking.
Who can see my profile?
Your nickname is shown in the room. The Network lists people who have a 7-day attendance record and chose to open their profile.
Is 5am Network related to The 5AM Club?
No. 5am Network is an independent community. We are not affiliated with Robin Sharma or The 5AM Club. Some members arrive after reading the book. The room is our own practice.
